Controlling my emotional reactions to things involved a lot of gradual relearning interspersed with occasional setbacks. My emotional reactions gradually became socially acceptable a number of years ago after I underwent bio feedback training.
until I quit seeing myself as a victim and a non participant in life’s great good, all I could expect to have were the things victims and non participants have.
Choose Your Attitude Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. This awareness makes it easier to have a positive Attitude regardless of your current circumstances.
